It was also appreciated by reviewers. She reprised her character in all three films that followed the original. The actress gained new heights in popularity after she played a pivotal part in Friends the sitcom that is a hit. Her work was acknowledged with numerous awards and nominations. The show aired for ten years. Recent work includes a supporting role in the film drama Mothers and Daughters. She won the TV Guide Award in recognition of her work on Friends in addition to the Golden Derby Award in recognition for her part in Cougartown.
