Jessica Chastain is an American actress and producer who is famous for portraying strong-willed women in movies with feminist themes. The actress has been nominated to two Oscars and is the winner of one Golden Globe Award. She was born in California and in the US and developed an passion for acting when she was a part of the production "Joseph the Amazing Tecnhicolor Dreamcoat'. As a part of a stage production based on Romeo and Juliet, she was the first professional to debut. Then, she made her film debut in the drama "Jolene". Her fame grew as did her film roles, for example, 'Take shelter The Help", 'Mama' as well as Interstellar. She was awarded the Golden Globe Award for her role in 'Zero Dark Thirty which was nominated for "Best Actress". She is known for her portrayals of strong women who are flawed.
